A familiar gap
They meant to rebook. Your team meant to follow up. Then the week got busy.
A Client Return System gives those moments a clear next step, so staying in touch relies less on someone remembering.

Reconnect with eligible past clients who have drifted out of the routine.
Put agreed follow-up in place so it takes less day-to-day effort.
See the thinking behind it

Reduce the chasing your team has to remember. From idea to working follow-up
You bring the knowledge of your business. We turn it into focused client-return journeys, with the scope agreed before we start.
We identify the opportunity, check the data and agree the audience, timing and exclusions.
We write and design the messaging, configure the agreed setup and test it before launch.
We agree what to track and show you how the system works. Ongoing review and improvements are available where scoped.
Your software may already have useful reminders and marketing features. We check what it can do, what is switched on and what needs attention.
If a simple change is enough, we’ll tell you. Any additional tools or costs are agreed first.

Founder-led · Lancashire, UK
I’m Chelston, founder of 222Emails. I focus on the follow-up between a good appointment and the next one, from what the message says to how the system is tested.
You get a clear recommendation, an agreed scope and work built around your business.
Our appointment-led results library is still being built. The examples here show the approach; they are not claims of recovered revenue.
The current campaign
The £0 14-Day Reactivation Pilot starts with either suitable past enquiries or previous clients, based on the gap we confirm together. We agree one objective, one eligible segment, the copy and the booking route before anything is sent.
One objective, one eligible segment, one approved campaign, initially up to 250 eligible contacts, staged sending, reply monitoring and a day-14 results review.
Confirm the contact basis, exclusions, booking capacity and named response owner. Approve the exact audience and message before launch.
No card, automatic charge or renewal. There is no guarantee of replies, bookings or revenue. Ongoing automation or a wider Client Return System is scoped separately.
Applications are reviewed for fit. Submitting the form does not reserve a place or authorise contact with anyone in your database. The 14 days start with the first approved campaign message.
Before you start
It may do much of it. We start by checking what you already have and what is actually set up. If switching on an existing feature is enough, we’ll say so. Where more work is needed, we handle the audience, copy, timing, setup and testing within the agreed scope.
We assess your current booking or CRM setup first. The implementation route depends on its features, access and data. Any extra software or messaging costs are explained before you commit. Platform migrations and bespoke integrations are outside the standard scope.
For selected suitable businesses, we choose one eligible segment of past enquiries or previous clients and one reactivation objective, prepare and approve one campaign, then run it for 14 calendar days from the first approved send. The initial contact cap is 250. We review observed responses and bookings at the end. Ongoing automation or a wider system is scoped separately.
No. Apply using the short form. If you would rather talk first, email hello@222emails.com to arrange a 10–15 minute conversation. Neither the form nor a conversation launches a campaign.
The selected 14-day pilot is £0, with no card, automatic charge or automatic renewal. If you later want a permanent system, we discuss a separately scoped £995 Build. There is no obligation to buy it.
Only when the first approved campaign message is sent. We first confirm eligibility, contact permissions, exclusions, the booking route, data-processing terms and the exact copy with you. Chelston gives final launch approval.
No. We agree who is eligible, who should be excluded and when follow-up should stop. Permission, data quality and your platform’s capabilities shape the route. Please do not upload client records or passwords to the readiness check.
No. The pilot has no response, booking or revenue guarantee. We report what can be evidenced, and separate potential booking value from money actually collected. The example on this page shows the approach, not a client result.
